When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? Taller. Before I surrendered into the ministry during my junior year of high school, I thought about being an engineer.

Where were you born? I was born in Mobile, AL.

What are three things you can’t live without? Coffee talks with my wife, Kimberly, family time, and Bama football.

What are two things nobody would guess about you? 1. I like Bluegrass music. 2. I don’t like mac & cheese.

What is some of your favorite music? I love worship music with CityAlight as my favorite group followed closely by Shane and Shane. I also really like other contemporary Christian artists with my most used Spotify lists being Zach Williams, Toby Mac, Steven Curtis Chapman, Big Daddy Weave, Andy Mineo, and Lauren Daigle.

What is a guilty pleasure? Rewatching Bama football games (if we won)

What is your favorite place to eat in Springfield? Panera, Chick-Fil-A, Raising Canes, and Five Guys are all great.

What is your favorite Bible verse? Exodus 34:6-7

[6] The LORD passed before him and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, [7] keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.” (ESV)
